On the road again

On the morning of August, 5, 2010 at 15 minutes past the hour of 8, the Journey of Team Hughes commences.
The preparations are complete. The car is packed, list has been checked twice, pictures taken, hugs, goodbyes, tears, and off we gooo into the wild blue yonder. After leaving home in Iowa and short night in Missoula, MT, we made it to Seattle, WA for Seattle Send-off Weekend!
For anyone who has ever roadtripped with me, you know that no roadtrip is complete without the most random game or challenge. The challenge of this trip: how many cross-sectional bites can you take out of a single Hot Tamale or Mike and Ike? Current record: 20 bites, 21 pieces of candy. :) Good luck!

Mary, Mom, Rosie (the RAV), Baby Bianchi and The Fisch (the bikes)

Hi, we're in South Dakota. Home of...

The Corn Palace and a giant ear of corn in Mitchell, SD, the location of my third clinical rotation. And...

A gas station with a men/women's restroom sign. Bahaha. Can you guess whose is whose?

Welcome to Seattle!!!
